Won’t let me give the zero stars it deserves. Do not order, it is a scam. It is a standard hammock style, not hard bottom as shown, no free gifts. Contacted customer service, which is also a joke asking for a return/refund. All I got was response with a 50% off offer for additional orders on the website.

I ordered the 6 in 1 car seat protector. It was to com with the hard bottom and free gifts. It arrived with a soft bottom and no free gifts, I went to customer support filled out a question just asking if it was shipped in multiple shipments. That was 2 days ago with no response.
